Water Heating Fireplaces
How the water heating fireplace works
Energy from the hot flue gas is transmitted to water via water exchanger which is part of the fireplace insert. The heated water (70-80 °C) flows to the accumulation tank. There it's stored and when needed used to heat radiators, floor heating and to heat domestic hot water. The water heating fireplace offers a source of energy to heat the house and domestic hot water. It's also independent on any other source of energy.
