Roof window FTP-V U3 Z-wave. Central axis rotating roof window, with pre-installed factory equipment (panel, electrical mechanism and transformer) that allows wireless opening and closing, as well as remote control of accessories.

Equipped with a rain sensor that automatically closes the window in case of rain. On the frame it has hangers for easy connection of other electrical accessories. With integrated opening sensor for easy connection to an alarm system.

Easy connection to the main 230V electrical network. Easy operation of the window with remote control.At the bottom of the window there is a handle, which if rotated 90° releases the window from the mechanism.

TopSafe system with increased burglary resistance. Electric sun protection and shading accessories can be additionally connected to the Z-Wave unit.

The frame is made of high-quality vacuum-impregnated timber and is painted with transparent acrylic lacquer. Externally the seals are made of aluminium coated with a polyester film with particular resistance to UV radiation and all weather conditions.

The window frame can be left open in a number of positions allowing easy ventilation. The V40P ventilation slot integrated into the top of the frame allows ventilation even when the window is completely closed.

Equipped with U3 energy glass (Ug=1.0 W/m2K), double-glazed (4H-16-4T) with toughened outer crystal (Toughened glass) for increased anti-glare protection for life. Suitable roof pitch for installation: 15-90 degrees.
