Klimalite
Excellent Raw Material
LAVA Pumice
LAVA pumice is a natural chemically inert and lightweight building material that combines a large number of characteristics of great interest
- Low density (600-800 kg/m3) in dry sample
- Homogeneous quality
- High mechanical strength
- Thermal insulation and sound absorbing properties
- Fire-resistant
Innovative Design
The design and production of KLIMALITE metal moulds is carried out in cooperation with the most experienced mould manufacturers in Germany, and is in full compliance with the relevant European standards.
The given thermal insulation and sound absorption properties of the raw material are maximized by the thorough design of the KLIMALITE building material.
Production is carried out with the highest levels of quality and control in DALIKO's factories.
The main characteristics of Klimalite are:
- Easy installation: Easy installation without the need for vertical mortar
- Easy installation without the need for a simple screed; no need for a simple installation without the need for a wall.
- Excellent thermal insulation with high strength and light weight, economical: Lower building cost, easy and quick building.
- Eco-friendly: Made of natural material (pumice). Lightweight, easy to use, low carbon.
- Lightweight: Does not burden the building due to its design.
- Fire-resistant: Pumice is by nature a fire-resistant material.
Klimalite 25/50
Total load KLIMALITE 25-50 = 130 kg/m2
λequ=0,21 W/mK
suitable for exterior walls
Dimensions: 25 x 50 x 20 cm.
Klimalite 25/50 - characteristics
Faster, easier and improved construction:
- No need for vertical mortar between pieces
- 2 pieces (50cm) per running meter compared to 3.3 pieces of clay (30cm), which together with the speed, increases the quality of the horizontal
- alignment of the masonry
- It contains about 15% moisture so it does not dry out the mortar during application
- nor does it need extensive sprinkling after placement
- and application of coatings
- Better coating adhesion due to rough surface
- Easier flow channels due to internal gaps
- Zero bleed due to the nature of the material which cuts without breaking
uninterrupted. Also in case of mechanical anchoring of the
the screws remain more stable with less chance of coming loose.
